The coaches are amazing! The class size is small so you get individualized attention. Workouts are set for each person... according to what they are looking to achieve, rather that is to lose weight, maintain where your at, get ready for a competition of any kind. I joined KAT in November 2018 while also working out at another local gym too. I always found KAT to be the most... challenging workouts I’ve had, as they are geared specifically to YOU vs a WOD or group class setting style. You get personalized results and personalized attention. I’ve truly always felt cared for here not only in my workouts, or personal goals but as a person in general. They always push you past what you think you can do and you’re always left with wanting more. That being said, in December 2019 I committed full time to KAT due to the results and community here, I haven’t found anywhere else. Collin & all of the trainers are very skilled and knowledgeable when it comes to strength and conditioning, and can guide you through just about anything. The owner is... so passionate about helping people reach their fitness goals and create a healthier lifestyle! I love going in the beginning of my week, sets my week up for success and puts me in a good place. It was definitely hard to get started at first. I had no idea how out of shape I was, it was like I never used some muscles before. The first session can be an eye opener because you might think you are really in shape but realize quick there are some weak areas. Stick with it though the trainers know their stuff and will definitely help you build up weak muscles! It’s been over a yr since then and I’m so glad I stuck with it! It has really helped me feel better overall and helped fix a lot of pain I was having due to poor posture and improper use and overuse of muscles.read more

I am incredibly grateful to the staff at KAT for the amazing dedication to not only myself but to the many people that... they provide a solid foundation of training. It does not matter your level of fitness, they will dial in a program to help you become better, one day at a time. For me, I was looking to gain peak physical performance before a big competition. Very focused instructors. They will give you what you need in a workout. And it is exactly what it says it is... you... will get stronger and your body will be better conditioned. I'm personally using it to help me regain my strength and my movements after ankle rehab took me as far as it could. I literally saw improvement first week!!!read more

KAT is one of the best gyms if not the best gym I’ve ever worked out at! The trainers care about your fitness needs and... wants! They are good at adapting to any situation whether you’re hurt or just want to train a specific area. They truly are an amazing g group of trainers! I’m so glad I started training there! I am such a beginner when we are talking about health and fitness. I came to KAT to try it out because I had been... working out elsewhere and felt lost. I had my first trial session with Brandon and it was amazing! I more than struggled but he pushed me to keep going until the end. After that first session, I already knew this was going to be my new home gym. Since then, I’ve been working out with Collin and he is WONDERFUL! Gives great direction, encourages me when he knows I’m ready to give up and is with me every step of the way. I’ve never been more excited to work out now that I’ve started at KAT! After joining KAT my athletic performance dramatically increased. I've been plagued for years by hip and back pain... while playing hockey, but after working out with KAT I have absolutely zero pain while playing and after games, and I'm also noticeably more explosive, agile, and overall more comfortable in net.read more

Very happy i jumped on board with adam at AZO when I did. My girlfriend (who is a yoga instructor) started about a year... and a half ago and we both can't say enough about how the planned and studied excercies by the staff have improved out lives.
