Susanne Var is a certified Strength and Conditioning Trainer, a Brazilian Jiu-jitsu competitor, a former Anatomy and Physiology instructor, and a neuroscientist. While Susanne is very passionate about fitness, business strategy, and directing the creative process at KAT Strength & Conditioning, she is primarily a scientist. Her research involves translating therapies for treating brain injuries, like stroke and concussions, into the clinic. She hopes that her research will lead to the development of novel methods for treating chronic inflammation of the brain and body.
