For 60 minutes, you’ll plunge into an intense and rewarding total body workout, personally designed for your specific fitness goals. Our small group personal training sessions are designed for you to benefit from the individual attention of a personal trainer, while working out alongside a group of other highly motivated individuals.
In your workouts, you can expect…
- Multi-joint, compound movements to burn calories and strengthen muscles
- Circuit training to improve muscular endurance and cardiac output

Your coach will set up and assist you with your exercises throughout your workout. We always stay up to date on new movements that can be incorporated into your program, making sure your progress never plateaus.

Worried about training with an injury?
While we encourage you to seek the advice of a medical professional first, our team can design a program around injuries and movement restrictions. This is done by incorporating safe and effective corrective exercises to assist in your recovery process, so that you can get back to training at your best.
Can’t commit to working out at our gym the same time and day every week?
We offer 1-hour training sessions 7-days a week. Scheduling is flexible and done at your convenience.
